Back in 1997, Matthew and Joanna Malec operated a small courier business serving the local community in Geelong, Victoria. Their hardworking ethic and commitment to finding transport solutions for each and every client attracted a wider market. Their reputation and business opportunities began to grow.

Today, Malec is a logistics company employing more than 300 people around Australia. Matt and Joanna’s legacy stands strong in all aspects of the operation including the multicultural diversity of people who work at Malec. The family orientated culture still runs strongly till this day and that’s the “Malec Way”.
